Flowers from the garden
Below are photos of mostly bunches of flowers which I sell outside of my house during the season. For me, things don’t get a lot better than getting up early in the Spring/Summer mornings, looking all around the garden choosing which flowers are best to cut, then deciding which flowers will look good together and bunch them up in appealing arrangements into tin cans and jam jars.
Nothing beats freshly picked locally grown flowers arranged in repurposed tin cans or jam jars for raising the spirits, and for low (or even zero?) carbon footprints. I don’t use any chemicals or pesticides in my garden or on my plants. I make my own fertilizer from comfrey and nettles.
